3 Instant Reliefs After Forgiveness

“True forgiveness is when you can say ‘thank you, for that experience.’” — Oprah Winfrey

Now, I get it.

They did some foul sh*t, some things that you would’ve never done to them....

SO F*CK EM 🤷🏾‍♀️

The good thing about forgiveness, though, is that it can still be f*ck em even after you’ve accepted the fact that what they’ve done to you is no longer any of your business and how you respond to it is every bit of your business.

You gone be sad forever?

You like letting all that resentment and anger fester inside of you?

You like that grudge you holdin’, huh?

Why?

cause you think it’s f*ckin the next person up?

ohhhh, so you got some VOODOO sh*t goin on?

Typa sh*t that makes a muthaf*cka feel what you feel?

NO DUMMY.

they don’t sh*t out what you eat, boo.

You can’t do Karmas job and you damn sure can’t do God’s, so do yours...

1. Forgiveness brings you peace | now when you think about them your stomach doesn’t flip a thousand times over, your head doesn’t start hurting, your body doesn’t overheat, your heart isn’t pounding, you’re not remembering terrible sh*t... you don’t even flinch, b*tch.

2. Forgiveness energizes you | hating takes up more evergy than intended to, it keeps you from wanting to function. Now you workin out and sh*t, you gettin more stuff done at work and home, you wearin less and goin out m— BABY! you are present as f*ck.

3. Forgiveness gives you room | you’ve got more time to love things than you have to hate them, now that you’ve dumped that load you’re lighter, you’ve got more space to let something else innnnnnnn

So, I’m with you! F*CK EM

But, forgive em.

for you, though

because (and I cannot stress this enough) F*CK EM!😂🖕🏾

Favor, Peace & Blessings,

Mimi
