Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Please note: Store credit cannot be issued for Klarna orders. Refunds will always be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during promotions.

If you order a custom item, fulfillment will not exceed 28 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information when available.
